Kristy Jones brings more than 25 years of experience in financial services, sales leadership, and client education to her work in retirement planning. Known for her ability to simplify complex topics and guide clients with clarity, she is committed to helping individuals make confident, informed financial decisions.


Most recently, Kristy served as a retirement benefits coach with Federal Employee Service Association (FESA), where she worked closely with federal employees to navigate the complexities of their benefits and retirement options. She provided guidance on key areas including FERS eligibility, annuity calculations, Thrift Savings Plan (TSP), Social Security, FEGLI, FEHB, and overall retirement readiness strategies. Her approach focuses on translating detailed regulations into clear, actionable insights tailored to each client’s situation.


Prior to her work in federal benefits, Kristy built a highly successful career in pre-need financial planning with Precoa, where she consistently ranked among the top performers nationwide. In her first full year, she achieved $2.1 million in personal sales, reached 175% of her sales goal, and ranked 2nd out of more than 500 representatives. She continued to earn top producer recognition and annual incentive awards throughout her tenure.


Earlier in her career, Kristy held roles in life insurance sales leadership, automotive finance, and corporate training with Synovus Financial. These experiences strengthened her expertise in financial products, team leadership, and client communication, as well as her ability to perform at a high level in fast-paced, results-driven environments.


Kristy is valued for her integrity, strong communication skills, and client-first mindset. She takes pride in understanding each individual’s unique needs and providing guidance that aligns with their long-term goals.


She currently resides in Columbus, Georgia, with her husband, Ron. Together, they enjoy traveling and are active in their church community. Kristy is also a proud mother of two and grandmother of eight.
